I decided to try working on challenging surfaces for my paintings; this one was oil paint on glass panel. I would say painting on glass is dumb and you shouldn't do it...but I liked how this one turned out! Regardless, I really enjoyed exploring the subtle hue shifts in the skin; painting cooler grays in the reflected light was deeply satisfying.
